• Modeled pace: ~90 wRVU/weekday shift, ~100 wRVU/weekend shift

• Modeled compensation:

o Weekdays: $35 / wRVU

o Weekends: $40 / wRVU

o Annual wRVUs: ~16,900

o Annual base: ~$617,500

o W-2 benefits value: ~$70,000

o Profit sharing: ~$75,000

o All-in total: ~$762,500 ($45 effective / wRVU)
