Remote Diagnostic Radiologist — Evening Shift | 7 on / 7 off

• Hours: 3p–11p ET or 4p–12a ET

• What the schedule feels like: one focused week of evening reading, one full week truly off—repeatable and protected.

• Modeled pace: ~100 wRVU/weekday shift, ~110 wRVU/weekend shift

• Modeled compensation:

o Weekdays: $40 / wRVU

o Weekends: $40 / wRVU

o Annual wRVUs: ~18,720

o Annual base: ~$748,800

o W-2 benefits value: ~$70,000

o Profit sharing: ~$75,000

o All-in total: ~$893,800 ($48 effective / wRVU)

• Equity sharing: eligible after Year 1 — no buy-in required
