Human Powered Health is seeking a full-time Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) to serve as a core member of our Performance Lab team. This role is ideal for a technologist looking for stability, consistency, and professional growth in a performance-focused healthcare environment.

You will perform and oversee body composition and bone density imaging using a GE Lunar iDXA system while helping maintain operational excellence across the lab. This position offers a structured schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to build long-term impact outside of traditional hospital imaging.

Responsibilities

Perform DXA scans, including Total Body, Dual Hip, AP Spine, and Forearm
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and data accuracy
Maintain, clean, and calibrate DXA equipment per manufacturer standards
Generate and review imaging reports
Conduct and support athlete assessments and screenings
Maintain scanning space, supplies, and equipment
Provide administrative and operational support to the Performance Lab
Additional lab duties may vary depending on appointment load and capacity

Requirements & Qualifications

1–3+ years of DXA or radiologic imaging experience
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
Current Arizona Radiologic Technologist license
Current ARRT registration, with Bone Densitometry (BD) certification
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Professional, patient-focused approach

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Weekdays and Saturday Mornings (consistent clinical hours; no nights)
Compensation: $50,000-$60,000, based on experience
