• Hours: 3p–11p ET or 4p–12a ET

• What the schedule feels like: one focused week of evening reading, then two full weeks truly off—repeatable and protected.

• Modeled pace: ~100 wRVU/weekday shift, ~110 wRVU/weekend shift

• Modeled compensation:

o Weekdays: $40 / wRVU

o Weekends: $40 / wRVU

o Annual wRVUs: ~12,540

o Annual base: ~$501,600

o W-2 benefits value: ~$70,000

o Profit sharing: ~$75,000

o All-in total: ~$646,600 ($51.56 effective / wRVU)
