Nuclear Medicine Technologist - (Nuclear Med Tech)

Pay Rate: $2660.00 - $2741.00
1+ years of experience. 50-mile radius rule. No more than a 3-month work history gap in the last year. Bachelor’s Degree, Current NM license, registration with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, ARRT, and BLS required. Experience with Philips Brightspeed preferred. MedHost EMR. Dress is any color scrubs. No option for blocked scheduling.
• Provides diagnostic aid to physicians by conducting organ or body scans on patients.
• Administers and records isotope dosages in accordance with established departmental protocol.
• Observes patients during procedures and reports any abnormal activity.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a chief technologist or manager.
