About RadiologyJobs
RadiologyJobs.com is a career platform built exclusively for the radiology and medical imaging industry in the United States. It connects radiology physicians, imaging technologists, and allied health imaging professionals with hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups, and staffing agencies — nationwide.
Unlike general job boards, every single listing on RadiologyJobs is in radiology or imaging. There is no sifting through irrelevant postings. Job seekers can search and browse for free, set up personalized email alerts, and apply directly through the platform. Employers purchase a posting plan, list their openings, and manage applications from a dedicated dashboard.
RadiologyJobs is for the entire radiology and medical imaging workforce, not just physicians. The platform serves two main groups:
Radiology Physicians (MD/DO): Diagnostic radiologists, interventional radiologists, neuroradiologists, breast imaging specialists, nuclear medicine physicians, and all other radiology subspecialties.
Allied Health Imaging Professionals: MRI technologists, CT technologists, radiologic technologists, ultrasound technologists, nuclear medicine technologists, mammography technologists, interventional radiology technologists, PACS administrators, radiology assistants, and 84+ additional imaging-related roles.
Job seekers create a free account. Employers register separately and purchase a plan to post jobs.
RadiologyJobs lists permanent, locum tenens, locums-to-perm, per diem, 1099, academic, and teleradiology positions across radiology and imaging. Workplace types include on-site, hybrid, remote, and travel assignments.
On the physician side, you'll find openings across all major radiology subspecialties — diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, neuroradiology, breast imaging, body imaging, emergency radiology, nuclear medicine, and more. On the allied health side, the platform covers 84+ roles spanning clinical and non-clinical positions throughout the imaging department.
Yes — RadiologyJobs lists positions across the United States. Job seekers can filter by state, filter by city, or search within a geographic radius (up to 200 miles) from any location. The search also supports remote and teleradiology positions, which are open to candidates regardless of state.
General job boards require you to search through millions of postings across every industry. RadiologyJobs is a career platform purpose-built for radiology and imaging, which means:
Every job is relevant. No filtering through postings in unrelated fields.
Specialty-specific search. Filter by radiology subspecialty, imaging modality role, employment type (locum tenens, teleradiology, per diem, etc.), and workplace type in a single interface designed for how imaging professionals actually think about their careers.
No ghost jobs. All listings are automatically expired after 60 days, and jobs removed from an employer's ATS feed are deactivated the next day. You won't apply to a position that was filled six months ago.
Employer responsiveness signals. Every job listing shows how recently the posting employer was active on the platform, so you can prioritize engaged employers.
AI-powered natural language search. Ask for what you want in plain English — "remote MRI tech jobs in the Southwest with a sign-on bonus" — and get relevant results without building complex filter combinations.
Yes. Teleradiology and remote radiology positions are a supported employment category on RadiologyJobs. Job seekers can filter specifically for teleradiology or remote workplace type when searching, and can set up job alerts that notify them exclusively when new teleradiology or remote positions are posted. For radiologists, teleradiology positions include both 1099/independent contractor arrangements and employed remote reads.
For Job Seekers
Yes — creating a candidate account and searching for jobs on RadiologyJobs is completely free. Job seekers can register with an email address and password, or sign in with a Google account. There is no fee to search, browse, set up job alerts, save jobs, or apply for positions. Only employers pay to post jobs.
RadiologyJobs offers two ways to search — no account required. The home page features an AI-powered natural language search where you can describe exactly what you're looking for (e.g., "MRI tech jobs in California with the best work life balance") and compare/analyze jobs. The dedicated search page provides traditional filter-based search where you can narrow results by:
Position type: Radiology Physician or Allied Health
Specialty or job role (e.g., Interventional Radiology, MRI Technologist, CT Technologist)
State or location, including radius search up to 200 miles
Employment type: Permanent, Locum Tenens, Locums-to-Perm, Per Diem, 1099, Academic, Teleradiology
Workplace type: On-Site, Hybrid, Remote, Travel
Compensation and benefits
Results can be sorted by relevance, most recent, or pay. Featured jobs appear at the top of results. If you create a free account, your job feed is automatically personalized based on your specialty or role profile.
Yes. The RadiologyJobs home page features an AI-powered search that lets you describe what you're looking for in plain, natural language — no need to manually set filters. For example, you could type: "remote MRI jobs in California with a signing bonus" and the system understands your specialty, location, workplace preference, and compensation interest all at once. When you submit a query, the platform processes your request and delivers your results automatically.
The AI search returns results split into "Perfect Matches" (jobs that meet all your criteria) and "Similar Matches" (jobs that closely align but may differ on one or two factors). There is also a conversational chat interface where you can ask follow-up questions about specific jobs or your results. The AI search has been in production since November 2025 and is built with medical domain awareness — it correctly understands imaging abbreviations like MRI, CT, IR, and PET without misinterpreting them.
Yes. RadiologyJobs has a built-in job alert system that sends personalized email notifications when new matching positions are posted. You can create multiple alerts with different combinations of:
Specialty (for radiologists) or job role (for allied health professionals)
State or location (multi-select)
Workplace type (On-Site, Hybrid, Remote, Travel)
Employment type (Permanent, Locum Tenens, Per Diem, Teleradiology, etc.)
Salary range (optional)
Alerts can be set to send daily, weekly, or bi-weekly. Each alert only surfaces jobs you haven't been notified about before — no repeat listings. You can manage all your alerts from your free candidate dashboard.
Yes. RadiologyJobs serves the full spectrum of imaging technologists and allied health professionals in radiology. Roles covered include:
MRI Technologist
CT Technologist
Radiologic Technologist (X-ray)
Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer)
Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Mammography Technologist
Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist
Fluoroscopy Technologist
PACS Administrator
Radiology Assistant
And 75+ additional clinical and non-clinical imaging roles
Both clinical and non-clinical positions are listed, and technologists can filter job searches and alerts specifically to their role. The platform's 84+ allied health role taxonomy ensures you only see jobs that match your actual credential and skill set.
RadiologyJobs is built to prevent the stale and fake listings that plague general job boards. Several mechanisms work together to keep listings current and legitimate:
Automatic 60-day expiration: Every job posting expires after 60 days. Expired jobs are removed from search results, job alerts, and Google Jobs automatically — they don't linger on the platform.
ATS feed synchronization: For employers who connect their applicant tracking system (ATS), jobs are synced nightly. If an employer removes a job from their ATS feed, RadiologyJobs deactivates that listing the next morning — even if the employer doesn't log in to do it manually.
Employer Last Active status: Every job listing displays how recently the employer was active on RadiologyJobs (e.g., "Last Active: 2 hours ago" or "Last Active: 3 days ago"). This lets you gauge whether someone is actually monitoring the posting and reviewing applications.
Separate candidate and employer accounts: Employers must have a verified, paid account to post jobs — there is no anonymous or free job posting.
Job applications on RadiologyJobs are submitted directly through the platform. You can browse jobs and view full job details — including description, compensation, benefits, and requirements — without an account. To apply, you'll need a free candidate account. Once registered, you can apply to positions, save jobs to review later, track your application history in your dashboard, and message employers directly through the platform's messaging system.

To post a job on RadiologyJobs, employers register at RadiologyJobs.com/employer/register, complete their company profile, and purchase a posting plan (credits or membership). Once you have an active plan, you can post jobs in three ways:
Manual entry: Fill out the job posting form directly in your employer dashboard.
Bulk upload: Use a CSV template to upload multiple radiologist or allied health positions at once.
XML feed / ATS integration: Connect your applicant tracking system via an XML feed URL for automated, ongoing synchronization.
After posting, jobs are live on the platform and eligible to appear in Google job search results (for radiologist positions). You can manage, edit, deactivate, or reactivate your postings from the Job Posts section of your dashboard.
Yes. RadiologyJobs supports XML feed integration, which is the same standard approach used by Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter for ATS job imports. You provide your ATS's XML feed URL in your employer dashboard, and RadiologyJobs will automatically sync your jobs nightly at 6:00 AM ET.
Key things to know about the feed integration:
New jobs added to your feed automatically appear on RadiologyJobs and consume one credit each.
Updated jobs are refreshed for free — no additional credits used.
Jobs removed from your feed are automatically deactivated on the next sync, keeping your listings in sync with your ATS.
Manual jobs you've created directly in the RadiologyJobs dashboard are never affected by feed imports.
You can also trigger an immediate manual re-sync at any time without waiting for the nightly run.
XML feed documentation and templates are available within the employer dashboard — including a sample feed file and field-by-field mapping guide to help you get set up quickly.
Job postings on RadiologyJobs are active for 60 days from the date of posting. After 60 days, listings expire automatically and are removed from candidate-facing search results, job alerts, and Google Jobs. You can renew a posting using additional credits, or — if you're on a monthly membership — simply reactivate the listing within your plan's job slot limit.
For employers using ATS feed integration, jobs are refreshed and their 60-day expiration is reset on every nightly sync as long as the job remains in the feed.
Yes. In addition to the Silver ($499/month, 10 jobs), Gold ($999/month, 25 jobs), and Platinum ($1,499/month, 50 jobs) membership tiers, RadiologyJobs offers custom plans for employers with higher volume or unique requirements. Need a custom plan? Request a quote.
On RadiologyJobs, one credit equals one new job posting. Credits are consumed only when a brand-new job is created — updating an existing listing, reactivating an expired posting, or syncing a feed update does not use additional credits.
For employers on monthly memberships, job "credits" work differently: instead of being consumed and depleted, they represent the number of simultaneously active job slots your plan allows. Silver members can have up to 10 active jobs at once; Gold members up to 25; Platinum members up to 50. You can swap, edit, or replace those jobs at any time without consuming additional credits.
For XML feed imports specifically: if you run out of credits mid-import, new jobs from the feed are held in a staging queue and automatically imported on the next nightly sync once credits are replenished.
Trust, Safety & Verification
A "ghost job" is a job listing that appears active and accepting applications but is no longer a real, open position — the role may have been filled, put on hold, or simply forgotten on the platform. Ghost jobs are a widespread problem on general job boards, where employers post jobs and never update or remove them.
RadiologyJobs prevents ghost jobs through three complementary mechanisms:
Automatic expiration: Every job posting has a 60-day lifespan. When a posting expires, it is automatically removed from all candidate-facing pages, job alerts, and Google Jobs — without requiring any action from the employer.
ATS feed deactivation: For employers using XML/ATS feed integration, jobs that are removed from the employer's feed are automatically deactivated on the next nightly sync (6:00 AM ET). If a position is filled and removed from the ATS, it disappears from RadiologyJobs the following morning.
Employer Last Active status: Every job listing shows when the posting employer was last active on RadiologyJobs. This transparency signal — visible to all candidates — helps you identify whether an employer is actively reviewing applications or whether a listing may be unmonitored.
All job postings on RadiologyJobs are associated with a paid employer account — there is no free or anonymous job posting. Employers must register, complete a company profile, and purchase a plan before any listing goes live. This paid-account requirement creates baseline accountability that general job boards with free posting do not have.
Beyond account verification, the technical architecture reinforces listing quality: automatic 60-day expiration removes stale posts, ATS feed integration keeps listings synchronized with the employer's live system of record, and the employer Last Active status surfaces whether the account behind a posting is genuinely active.
No. RadiologyJobs does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your profile information — including your name, specialty or role, resume, and job preferences — is used to personalize your job feed, match you with relevant job alerts, and facilitate applications. It is not sold or licensed to data brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketing companies.
Your candidate profile on RadiologyJobs is not a public resume or open directory. Employers can see your information only in the context of a job application you have submitted to them. When you apply to a position, the posting employer can view your application details and communicate with you through the platform's messaging system. Your profile details — specialty, location preferences, resume, and employment preferences — are used internally to power your personalized job feed and job alerts, and are not displayed publicly or browsable by employers outside of the application process.
Yes. Radiologist physician positions posted on RadiologyJobs are eligible to appear in Google's job search results — the "Jobs" panel that appears at the top of relevant Google searches. This gives RadiologyJobs job postings additional visibility beyond the platform itself.
