- Nuclear medicine studies (including cardiac studies)
Light Interventional Radiology (1–2% of duties)
Performed only on weekdays and may include:
- Image‑guided tumor biopsy
- Drainage procedures
- Paracentesis
- Contrast injections into ducts or vessels
- Catheter‑based medication delivery
- Medical device placement
- Stereotactic breast biopsy (the most common biopsy performed)
