Travel Interventional Radiology Tech in Pleasanton, CA works 10-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities, supporting a variety of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. You will provide scrub assistance, set exposure parameters on angiography equipment, and practice ALARA protocols. Duties include preparing for procedures, managing inventory, post-processing images, and ensuring timely transfer to PACS. You will operate ancillary equipment such as IVUS, US, EKOS, JETI, and ANGIO JET, and perform CT-guided interventions like biopsies and drain placements. Documentation in Qsight and EPIC is required, along with routine cleaning of procedural areas and equipment. Required qualifications include ACLS, BLS, ARRT, and a California Fluoroscopy permit.
