This is a day shift MRI Technologist opportunity within a large, well-established health system in Birmingham, Alabama. A typical day includes reviewing orders and patient histories, conducting thorough safety screenings, positioning patients, selecting and executing appropriate imaging protocols, and collaborating with radiologists for timely image review. You will interact with a varied patient mix, including routine outpatient studies, complex inpatient cases, and add-on or stat exams aligned with the needs of a large health system. You can expect to work with modern MRI equipment and digital imaging systems designed to support clear, detailed diagnostic studies. The department is structured to promote teamwork, with technologists, nurses, and radiologists working together in a supportive, professional environment.
