An Evening Schedule Designed for Life Outside of Work
The best evening schedules aren't measured only by hours you work. They’re measured by the life you enjoy away from work.
A successful evening teleradiology career should be professionally rewarding without requiring your life to revolve around your work schedule.
We've designed this position to provide a balance of meaningful work, competitive compensation, and a schedule that allows many physicians to maintain a more natural daily routine while they're working. Then, when your week is over, your two weeks off can truly be spent enjoying life instead of recovering from your work schedule.
For radiologists on the West Coast, the workday begins at 4:00 PM and concludes at 1:00 AM Pacific, allowing many physicians to maintain regular daytime activities during their work week without continually disrupting their normal sleep patterns.
The workload reflects that same philosophy. Our evening radiologists average approximately 70 wRVUs during a nine-hour shift. While some practices continue to push for higher production, we've built this role around a productive yet sustainable workload that allows physicians to remain thoughtful and engaged throughout the evening.
Continuous double coverage is another feature that helps create a steady, well-supported workflow throughout the evening.
