Nuc Med Tech needed asap
Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color - No designs or cartoons. No hoodies.
Min. of 1 year Nuc experience, CT experience a PLUS
Previous travel experience strongly encouraged
Venipuncture experience required
NYS license required
ARRT (N) or CNMT/NMTCB certificate (either accepted)
BLS (AHA)
GE machine experience
EPIC EMR Required
McKesson PACS

Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Nuclear Medicine
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: NMT-NY
Certifications: N-ARRT(Copy Needed); BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Previous travel experience strongly encouraged
Venipuncture experience required

Effective Immediately, You MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs.
ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!!
NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
