How do I use the AI search to describe the job I want?
Type the role you want the way you would say it out loud.
Last updated July 31, 2026You do not need to set filters to start. Describe the role you want in a sentence — subspecialty, where, what pay, what working pattern — and search.
- Choose your side of the board: Radiologist or Allied Health
- Type what you are after, for example *"pediatric radiologist near Houston, partner track"*
- Press the arrow to search
- Check what was understood, shown above your results — if something is wrong, reword and search again
- Open any result to read the full posting
There is a microphone if you would rather speak than type, and example searches you can tap to see the kind of sentence that works well.
Searching more than one place
The location control takes up to five places at once, so you can look across several cities or states in a single search. It also has a radius setting for how far around each place to include.
