How do I use the AI search to describe the job I want?
Type the role you want the way you would say it out loud.
Last updated August 19, 2026You do not need to set filters to start. Describe the role you want in a sentence — subspecialty, where, what pay, what working pattern — and search.
- Choose your side of the board: Radiologist or Allied Health
- Type what you are after, for example *"pediatric radiologist near Houston, partner track"*
- Press the arrow to search
- Check the assistant's reply — it recaps what it understood from your search; if something is wrong, reword and search again
- Open any result to read the full posting
On a wide screen, the AI search page has a microphone in the follow-up box if you would rather speak than type; on smaller screens, type your search instead. Rotating example searches show the kind of sentence that works well.
Searching more than one place
Just name the places in your search — the assistant understands several cities or states at once, so *"interventional radiology in Dallas, Houston or Phoenix"* searches all three in one go.
