Where does my professional bio come from, and can I write my own?
Either it is built from your CV, or you write it. Yours is never overwritten.
Last updated July 31, 2026Your bio is the short introduction an employer reads alongside your CV. There are two ways to have one.

There is a length limit, and the field tells you when you are near it. If your bio is blank, it is almost always because there is no CV on file yet to build one from.
