How do I add a colleague to our account?
Invite them by work email. Invitations expire after seven days.
Last updated July 31, 2026- Open your team settings in the employer account
- Enter their work email address
- Choose their role — an Admin can invite people and change the plan, a Member can post roles and review applications
- Send the invitation
Pending invitations sit in the same place, where you can resend or revoke one.
