Can I send applicants to our own careers site instead?

Yes. A posting can point at your own application page instead of collecting applications here. You add that address when you create or edit the posting.

Candidates are told they are being taken to your site. Pressing Apply records their application on RadiologyJobs and opens your application page, so the candidate is in your candidate list, counts on your dashboard, and reaches you by the same new-applicant email as any other application.

What RadiologyJobs cannot see is what happens on your own page. The record means a candidate was handed to you, not that they finished your form — so your own system stays the authority on who actually completed an application.
