I edited a job from our feed and the change disappeared — why?
Feed jobs are managed by your system. Edit at source, not here.
Last updated July 31, 2026Jobs that arrive from your applicant tracking system are managed by that system. An edit made here is replaced at the next daily refresh, because the feed is treated as the current truth for those roles.
Make the change in your own system instead and it arrives here — usually within a day — and it stays.
The same applies to setting one of these roles inactive. Remove it from the feed and it stops being refreshed here; switch it off here alone and the next refresh puts it back.
