Why isn't a job from our feed showing on RadiologyJobs?
Find the job in your feed list and read its status — that names the problem.
Last updated July 31, 2026Open the job feed page in your employer account. Every job we have taken from your feed is listed there, and the buttons across the top of the list count how many are in each state. Find the job, read the status on its row, and that tells you what happened.
- Active — it imported and it is live on the board right now
- Invalid — something in the job did not pass validation, so none of it was imported. The Errors column on that row opens the list of what was wrong; fix it in your own system and it comes in on the next refresh
- Awaiting Credits — the job itself is fine, but you have no job credit free to spend on it. Free one up or add credits and the next refresh brings it in
- Inactive — either the job has left the feed we fetch, or the posting it created has expired or been switched off
- Historical — it came from a feed address you have since changed. Those are not carried across to a new address, and they have their own filter, set apart on the right
A job that is not in the list at all never reached us, which makes it a question for whoever maintains the feed: check that it is in the file at the address we fetch.
