Why can't I find a candidate when I start a new message?
That list covers people who applied. Referred candidates open from their own view.
Last updated July 31, 2026The list you get when starting a new message covers people who applied directly to your team's jobs. Candidates the RJ Recruiter introduced are not in it.
To reach one of those, open the job they were referred to, find them in its referred candidates, and start the conversation from there.
