What are Recruiter Referrals, and where do I see those candidates?

Some candidates reach you without having applied. The RJ Recruiter introduced them to a specific role of yours, and they agreed to that introduction. Because a referral can be made before anyone has applied to a role, a job can show referrals while its candidate count is still zero — that is not a data error, it is the two things counting different events.

You will find them grouped by job rather than sitting in your applications list. Open a role and its referred candidates are together, each with a short note on why they were matched to it.

Every candidate shown here has already agreed to be introduced to you, so a name in this list is someone who said yes to your role specifically. The label beside each is our shorthand for how close the fit is — treat it as a suggested reading order rather than a score, and read the reason underneath it.
