Plans, credits and invoices

Do our job credits expire?

Credits expire a year after purchase. Membership slots do not carry over.

How do we upgrade, downgrade or cancel our membership?

Upgrades are immediate. To downgrade, cancel first — cancellations take effect at the period end.

Can we get a refund?

Payments are not refunded. Here is what you keep instead.

How do I download an invoice or receipt?

Membership invoices are in billing history. One-time purchases are emailed.

How do I update the card we pay with?

Add the new card and make it default before removing the old one.

What happens to our job posts if we cancel?

They run to the end of the period you paid for, then go inactive.
