How do I download an invoice or receipt?

Membership invoices are in billing history. One-time purchases are emailed.

Find the invoice in your billing history

One-time credit purchases are not listed there yet

The receipt for those is emailed at the time of purchase. If you cannot find it, ask us and we will send a copy — you have not lost it.

Only paid invoices appear, so a checkout you abandoned never shows up. That is usually the explanation when a finance team is hunting for a charge that does not exist.
