Last updated July 31, 2026Featured placement is not something an employer can buy today. If you have seen promoted roles on the board and wondered how to get one, that is the honest answer — there is no button and no package for it.
What does move candidate response is the posting itself: a pay range that reads clearly, a description that says what the work actually is, and a schedule and working arrangement filled in properly so the role turns up when people narrow their search. Those are free, and they matter more than placement.
