What do Impressions, Candidates and Recruiter Referrals mean on my dashboard?
What each figure counts, and — more usefully — what it does not.
Last updated July 31, 2026Four figures sit at the top of your dashboard. Most of the confusion comes from what they do not count.
| Figure | What it counts | What it does not count | Moves with the timeframe |
|---|---|---|---|
| Impressions | Times your roles appeared in candidate search results | Clicks. An impression is being seen, not opened | Yes |
| Candidates | People who applied to your roles | Nothing — it spans active and inactive jobs alike | Yes |
| Active job posts | Roles live right now | Anything historical — it is a snapshot of today | No |
| Recruiter referrals | Candidates the RJ Recruiter introduced to your roles | Allied health roles — referrals are radiologist roles only | Yes |
