What is RJ Recruiter and how do I turn it on?

Set out what you are looking for once, and matching roles are brought to you.

Last updated July 31, 2026

The RJ Recruiter is applying in reverse. You set out what you are looking for once, and roles are brought to you — each with a short note on why it was picked.

Every match arrives with two choices: Refer me and Not interested. Nothing is sent to an employer until you approve that specific role.

Turning it on

  1. Open RJ Recruiter in your account and switch it on
  2. Add your CV, so it knows your background without you retyping it
  3. Tell it what you are looking for — subspecialty, location, schedule and pay

Free, and about three minutes to set up

There is no cost to candidates, and no paid tier that gets you better matches.
