Every match arrives with two choices: Refer me and Not interested. Nothing is sent to an employer until you approve that specific role.
Turning it on
- Open RJ Recruiter in your account and switch it on
- Add your CV, so it knows your background without you retyping it
- Tell it what you are looking for — subspecialty, location, schedule and pay
